Over the past years, the ServiceNow User Group (SNUG) in the Netherlands has grown into a strong, open, and trusted community.
That didn’t happen by accident.

A dedicated group of community members invested their time, energy, and care into organizing events, shaping meaningful content, connecting people, and consistently putting the community first.

As our current SNUG Leader and some Committee members are now moving into the partner ecosystem, we want to pause and say this:

Thank you!
Thank you for the dedication, the ideas, the discussions, the belief in what this community could become, and the drive to make that happen.
The SNUG is what it is today because of you.

🙏

A new chapter for the SNUG community

With this transition, we’re opening a new chapter for the SNUG — one focused on continuity, fresh energy, and keeping the communityindependent, practitioner-led, and high quality

The SNUG Committee is now looking for:

  • Anew SNUG Leader
  • NewSNUG Committee members

This is an invitation to step in, contribute, and help shape the future of the SNUG together.

What does that mean in practice?

As aSNUG Leader, you help:

  • Set direction and themes for SNUG events
  • Connect people and ideas across the community
  • Safeguard the quality, neutrality, and continuity of the SNUG

As aSNUG Committee member, you help:

  • Design and organize SNUG events
  • Work with speakers, hosts, and fellow community members
  • Create a welcoming, valuable experience for everyone who joins

You don’t need to have all the answers.
You do need to care about community, learning, and sharing real experience.

Why get involved?

  • Give back to a community that supports real-world learning
  • Grow your network across customers, practitioners, and experts
  • Learn, contribute, and shape the conversation in the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Be part of something that goes beyond your day-to-day role

Interested or curious?

If this resonates with you — or if you’d simply like to explore what contributing could look like — we’d love to start the conversation. Please reach out to @RonaldvRikxoort .

Let’s keep building the SNUGtogether, on the strong foundation that’s already there.

💙

Hi @RonaldvRikxoort,

I’d love to be considered for the Committee Member panel. Happy to have a conversation to explore whether it’s a good fit from both sides 🙂

Thanks,

Harish
