Interested in sharing how you use ServiceNow at the upcoming SNUG?

We are looking for one more customer presenter at the upcoming SNUG on August 13th in Foxborough!  

It would involve 20 minutes of presentation - ppt slides or a demo, or a combination of the two - followed by 10 minutes of Q&A.   Popular topics are CMDB/Discovery, PPM, Knowledge Management, CreateNow/Application Development, non IT Use Cases like HR, Facilities, etc.

I am currently building (or customizing) the Contract Management application in ServiceNow to support our internal EMC Managed Service contract approval process.   Its a work in progress but I'd be willing to demonstrate it.
