How do I track usage on my ServiceNow License Inventory?

How do I keep track of how many licenses I have and how many have been assigned?

Hi Corina,

Thank you for all the information.   I was hoping that there is a tab somewhere that I can select to see that information.   I'll need to spend the time putting that report together.

Like I said, I'm still pretty new to ServiceNow.   Once I found that what I was looking for is subscriptions, the rest fit nicely into place.   I found what I needed laid out all nice and neat. Subscription Management > Subscriptions.
