Lessons learnt from transition to ServiceNow from Remedy

New to ServiceNow having been a BMC/Remedy shop for 10+ years. Keen to learn from any implementation gotcha's from others experience of making this transition.

I was involved in a recent ServiceNow implementation at Orica which was also a very old Remedy shop.
