Join the ServiceNow User Group in Christchurch for an afternoon session focused on AI in enterprise operations, hosted by Deloitte at their Cambridge Terrace office in Christchurch Central City.
This is an in-person event. The centrepiece of the session is a fireside chat with the team at Ravensdown, who will share their experience implementing and using ServiceNow AI Control Tower, including what drove their adoption, how it's being used in practice, and what they've learned along the way.
Whether you're exploring AI Control Tower or already on the path, this is a practical peer conversation worth attending.
Also the ServiceNow Australia Release: Major highlights. A quick preview of the major highlights from the upcoming Australia release, covering AI moving from assistance to execution with new agentic capabilities, a modern unified analytics experience, and expanded governance across cloud and operational technology.
The formal session runs from 4:00 - 5:00 PM, followed by networking drinks with a finish at 5:30 PM
