Q: Is the email feature also connected with email client templates?

A: Yes, you should be able to apply templates through the email composer.

Q: Do you know offhand why right click > spell check (the browser version) is no longer accessible in the email client?

A: For spell check, use CTRL + Right click in HTML fields

Q: Are Response Templates in Workspaces available?

A: They can be, some workspaces ship with them and some don’t.

Q: Is there a plan to make more UI Builder components available in npm so they can be used in custom components?

A: It’s something that’s been looked in to, but there are no hard plans to implement this.

Q: Are there anymore Now Learnings coming regarding UI Builder other than UI Builder Fundamentals? Or a Micro-Certification coming for UI Builder?

A: We are working on a UI Builder Advanced course right now!

Q: do we have a process or implementation guide for changing the standard content of the SOW home page?

A: SOW has a pretty good amount of documentation on how to change things that work differently from other workspaces, including parts of their landing page. Available in the SOW docs page.

Q: Does the preview work with articles?, where it doesnt need to be saved or have an audience to preview?

A: This specific preview feature is unique to UI Builder.

Q: Is the "whats new" being added to other platform functions as well or just UI builder .. just curious

A: Not sure, but it’s also in Theme Builder!

Q: if you download the new CLI version, are there also dependent libraries etc that will need to be updated?

A: Don’t believe you have to update anything else, but if there is we’ll post an article about it in the next experience forum articles on the community https://nxtxp.link/coe

Q: One of the barriers within our organization is that the SOW is too much white space and the Service Desks want better utlization of the realestate on the workspace experiences so that more information can be presented without scrolling. Is that something which can be addressed without totally customizing pages withn SOW?

A: Yes! We did work on compacting the interface and making better use of space.

Q: can the new Chrome extension also be installed in other Chromium-based browsers e.g. Edge?

A: Haven’t tested this yet, not sure.

Q: Is there a similar extension for Firefox?

A: Not currently

Q: Is “Now Assist Summarization” available for PDIs? Do we have any documentation for this?

A: Not currently

Q: We use VTB a lot. is it posible to add CTB to workspce. We love SOW but not sure if we can add VTB to workspace that will allow us to see backlog.

A: There is a Kanban component you can add to a workspace to approximate VTB functionality. But it’s a heavy lift in terms of config/setup. Technically possible, but not super easy at the moment.

Q: When's the next You and I Builder?

A: 2nd and 4th thursday of every month at 4pm EST

Q: is that chrome extesion only for vancover ?

A: No, it works with Utah+
