Q. Many ServiceNow implementations are multi-lingual. Does the Horizon system have anything for implementations in other languages?
A. From both a content design perspective, we have internationalization guidelines. And for people who may be connecting from different areas, we are looking in to localized content on the website.

Q. If you are introducing animation are you also maintaining accessibility to help those with vision disbilities or who may be over stimulated
A. There will be options to disable or lower animations, the team is actively looking in to this.

Q. I can add to the animation question - for those of us who live in Podunk USA, internet service is iffy and animation just makes it even slower.
A. Varying connection speeds are being taken in to account, minimal performance impact is the goal.

Q. If I understood correctly, we’re getting a live builder on this website to play around with components next year? If not that would be cool 🙂
A. Many of the components on the site have a playground that allow you test different properties and see changes as you make them. You can see it on the site today.

Q. Is there a playground like this for the Service Portal?
A. There is not

Q. Is there translation available for horizon website just as the sn.docs?
A. At this time there is not, but we are looking in to creating content in different languages in the future.
