Q. with the tags in the activity stream, is that the tag for the update, for the interaction record and could it pick up a tag from a knowledge article, for example if the tag advised not to send that knowledge article to end users.
A. For the interaction record

Q. does the email validation allow you to prevent emails being sent outside of approved domains or does it only check it is in the correct format?
A. Don't think so

Q. Sorry it is not related to next experience. But let’s say for any plugin in prod we have version 19.0 and in subprod we have version 18.0 . Now if we clone subprod from Prod, will Subprod plugin be updated to verison 19.0?
A. Yes

Q. Do all Email addresses in the system (Email field type) accept UTF-8 now? or is it only in certain spots?
A. These updated shown in the academy were only for the workspace email client.

Q. will new tag and Gen AI feature available in washington and xanadu both ?
A. Not sure about features being backported, just assume xanadu.
