Agents with ITIL role unable to see my lists created on the CSM/FSM configurable workspace

Good morning,

Been reconfiguring the CSM/FSM configurable workspace to suit our specific needs and upon adding my own lists to the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace List Menu Config, my newly created ones are not visible to my ITIL users, but the default 'knowledge' one is still their?

Is it not a case of just adding a 'new' list menu and UX lists within these categorifies?

thanks

Lee

only showing knowledge as list item in my agent workspace.

All lists are set to active, only difference I can see is knowledge was out of the box, all the team queues were created manually by me.

thanks

Lee
