Aggregate report in calendar view

Hi,

 

I have been trying to create an specific report/widget but everything I tried is not the output expected, so if anyone has any ideas or has ever faced the issue before, I would be grateful if you help me.

 

Context: I have begin working in servicenow recently and I am trying to chase some interesting use cases, just to be prepared in the future.

 

The requirement:

 - I would like to create something like a report to show in an aggregate view the time spent by the people in resolve some requests, distributing it in a calendar view.

 - It would be greate if the view allows the user to change the scope showed, from monthly view to day view (for example)

 

An example: If there are multiple tickets that has been received last monday and they will be resolved next tuesday, I would like to have a calendar view with, for example: Monday --> 2h, Tuesday --> 4h, etc.

 

Remember that I am a newbie 😉
