Automated Test Framework with Service Operations Workspace

Hi ServiceNow community, 

I am reaching out to see if anyone has had experiences in building ATFs for Service Operations workspace at all. 
In the process of building and seeing issues in locating simple UI actions, i.e More options on the incident record. 
Does anyone know a good resource or community forum dedicated to the subject.
