cannot claim my voucher

This happened to me, I had to put a case ticket in with the learning team, they told me I did not claim the voucher during the promotion period. They were very helpful in assisting me. I recommend submitting the case ticket, but it has to be within nowlearning.

There are some particular period of time to claim the voucher, It seems the free claim is over, and now it is asking for money. I even face the same scenerio, You have to wait until it again becomes free.

My suggestions for future will be you should claim the voucher immediate after completing the course, you can schedule exam anytime, but claim should be done immediately.
