Centralization of Knowledge

I would like to ask about Knowledge.

Currently, we have Knowledge in Japanese language, and Knowledge is displayed when the display language is Japanese. However, there is no Knowledge in English, so the Knowledge is not displayed when the display language is English. Is it necessary to create multiple Knowledge with the same content in English language? If there is a way to unify the Knowledge, we would like to know.

I found that glide.knowman.enable_multi_language_search is true. However, if I set the display language to English, which remains the same, only the Knowledge with the language English is displayed.
