Dispatcher Workspace

Hi all,
I’m working in the Dispatcher Workspace in ServiceNow Field Service Management.

Right now, the Dispatcher view shows all users assigned to a Service Territory – this includes technicians, dispatchers, and initiators. I have these requirements:

1. I want the Dispatcher Workspace to show only technicians assigned to a service territory (e.g., Gurugram Power Line Zone).

2. The system currently doesn’t differentiate which user is a technician, dispatcher, or initiator.

   • Is there a way to filter by user role or label/display the user roles in the Dispatcher Workspace?
