Global Search Options(Global, Different Workspaces) are missing after the page loads

We switched from the old UI to Next Experience UI where we are able to see only with CSM/FSm Workspace, we are not able to have the option of our own like Global (or) other Workspaces selection.

 

I am able to see the options when I reload the page but after reloading no options are visible on Global Search

 

Can anyone let us know what is the exact problem?
