How do I configure the Simple List Page Template?

Hello all, I am at a loss. 

I am new to UI Builder and I can't figure out how to resolve the 'Alert level: Info.

This form has not been configured for Workspace. To edit the form, select a different type of record, or contact your administrator.' error I am getting when I click on a record in the list component. I have looked in the docs have done the UI Builder Training on Now Learning, went through the documentation on the components on the developer website, everything. I cannot find an answer. 

I am trying to create a workspace for my custom app. I have created the experience and created a page with the Simple List Page Component. Do I need to create another page with the Form template so that when I click the record on the list it navigates to the form page? 

As you can see in the screen shots I have made sure to add a 'workspace' view to my custom table and add it the UX Page Registry.

Like I said, I am at a loss.
