How do you translate a workspace title?

My team is wroking on a workspace for a client, and there is a requirement for it to be completely translated. However, I can't figure out how to translate the title that displays at the top between the navigator and the search bar (see screenshot).

Has anyone been able to successfully translate these titles? If so, how?

I've tried inserting records in the Translated Name / Fields table under the following tables:
sys_ux_page_registry, sys_properties, sys_translated_text, and sys_ui_action.
