How to change navigation menu text color

I want to change the menu color of the theme which I created . which property controls this?

Now all the applications are showing white but I want to make even module also white color

I am not 100% sure, but go to UI16 properties and check these

Sorry, I misread it. Did you create a new theme, or is it out-of-the-box (OOTB)?

I can see in OOTB:
