Hi All,
I have a requirement to show change Risk field editable when its in NEW state.
I need to create UI policy in workspace. How we could achieve this requirement in Workspace?

Hi,
Create a Ui policy to run in New state
Select UI type Mobile/Service Portal to run in workspace

I'm not sure, what is use case but as per process, Risk gets populated via either risk questions or risk assessment, making it editable is risk and can impact your process as well.

Requirement is for Workspace where we have not Risk assessment and question.
In classic mentioned process is there.

It should not be the case,in my PDI i can see
also if you are making it editable on WS and is any user open change in native view then it will be overwritten. So instead of making in editable better to hide in WS , atelast from native view process will same
