I am trying to import an update set XML file into my instance using strictly APIs (except scripted) like how it can be manually done in the Retrieved Update Set table (sys_remote_update_set). I tried using the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD) Update Set API /create endpoint with the raw XML in the body, but none of the "Customer Update" (sys_update_xml) related records were populated.
TLDR: Is it possible to take an update set export XML file and import it using the same process in the Retrieved Update Set table (sys_remote_update_set)?
