Is it possible to change only branding of the instance without affecting the component colors

I am creating a theme with theme builder and I customized the theme but it is causing the component color change system wide (buttons, icons etc)

Suggest me if there is any way to change the branding without changing component colors

No mate, theme work like this only. It is expected behaviour.
