is there any specific view for form widget in CSM Portal?

I’ve overridden the form widget view based on user criteria with a custom view. It works fine for admin users, showing the correct URL and view. But for non-admin users, it redirects to the 'Customer Self Service' view. The console logs the custom view, but the view name still shows as 'Customer Self Service'. Could this be due to user roles or an out-of-the-box (OOB) configuration affecting view resolution?

Hi,
It is because of the OOTB view rules.
Navigate to System UI -> View rule
Open view rule for case table and update the view.
