Need to add "create request" in Walk up SOW view

Hi ,

I need to configure create new request button in Service Operation Workspace interactions for type walk-up. It is available already for chat in "sys_declarative_action_assignment" when I changed the view it did work for Walk-up as well. But i need to create a new declarative action, but the new button is not available. Checked from list control and plugins as well it is available as it needs to be.


Did anyone work on similar issue. Either it should have new button available in sys_declarative_action_assignment or is there any chance to add multiple views?

Simple solution. Just clear out the VIEW

The only way to add multiple views for declarative actions today is by creating a new record.
If you're unable to see the New button, you may not have create permissions on the table. Are you able to see the Insert and Stay UI action in the form context menu? If so, you can also use that.

 

If you only have write access to the table, you can try clearing out the existing view as suggested previously
