Hi ,
I need to configure create new request button in Service Operation Workspace interactions for type walk-up. It is available already for chat in "sys_declarative_action_assignment" when I changed the view it did work for Walk-up as well. But i need to create a new declarative action, but the new button is not available. Checked from list control and plugins as well it is available as it needs to be.
Did anyone work on similar issue. Either it should have new button available in sys_declarative_action_assignment or is there any chance to add multiple views?
