New Button on Click not responding in custom workspace for Knowledge module

onclick button not responsive it should open template selector. Its working OOB workspace but not on custom workspace. Please help me on it

I have checked the List action (New) which is used same for custom workspace and OOB workspace (Service operation workspace). For OOB workspace the button is working when I clicking on it will open template to select knowledge base but not working for custom one, could you please which screen shot you want exactly?

Looks like you have to add event mapping for your workspace. check the related list of the New button(List Action)- UX addon event mappings. Also to be sure change the label of the new button just to confirm it is the same one reflecting on both OOB and custom workspace.

I have changed the label, and it is reflecting on both OOB and custom workspace. can you help me on how to add event mapping for the custom one
