Not able to change the incident form view( created from Interaction)

I was able to change the interaction view ( to match AW). Also when I create a new incident from the incident list, it matches the view in AW. My issue is that after the interaction, I created an incident but the view is different, I tried to change to the workspace view( that is the view I have in AW) but it changed to the Service operations workspace view. Any suggestion?

Hi @nebiata ,

 

Did you check the view rules, it might be setting the view based on some condition

There is only a view rule for incident new records. I can create one but not sure what the condition would be for an incident create from interaction
