can you provide more details? you shared a blurred screenshot but it's not clear what it is - scripted REST API or something else??
Also, mandatory fields are marked with the red asterisk.. so this doesn't seem to be mandatory yet without marking it could not work properly. It's difficult to tell as your requirement is not clear.. maybe you want to explain your struggles better?
