Replacing Connect Chat with Agent Chat for Next User Experience

Connect Chat is not supported with Next User Experience, and ServiceNow recommends replacing it with Agent Chat.

 

When we do this, what other components/products need to be implement for Agent Chat to work?  Advanced Work Assignment?  Virtual Agent?  Workspaces (which ones?)

Do you mean Connect Chat or Connect Support?

Also be sure to add aws_agent and interaction_agent to your Help desk roles/group.
Lastly, the instructions (from a training) include a screenshot where the inbox icon should display on the left in the Agent Workspace but it isn't.
