Revert a dashboard to its previous version

Hi,

 

Someone has changed the ITIL Dashboard for our Live instance and the ITIL Owners wants it to be reverted to its previous state.

Can someone help me out in achieving that?

Hi @kafley_monami,

 

You need to click on Dashboard context menu and select Dashboard properties.

Revert back the dashboard changes using previous versions in Related lists: Versions

Add Versions related lists, if not present on form.

 

Note: if deleted some reports/ widgets, you need to undelete it from Deleted records.

Could you please explain how to add the versions related list and how to undelete widgets from deleted records in dashboards ?
