Stuck in the App Engine Studio Portal

Hello,

i find that at the point in the training where i create an Button and  +Add event handler and choose Link to Destination, i am not seeing as in the training slide.  I am seeing an option for a add handler that takes me to a pop-up to choose a handler and configure rather than the link to destination.
