Tabular report on survey

Hi, I want to generate a report in tabular format on Survey and not sure how to go about it.

Hi Nikhil,

You can select report type as List. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-now-intelligence/page/use/reporting/concept/list-rep... 

Or

You can use UI page. In the UI page you can define the HTML to display in table structure and get the values for the fields using client script.

This can be created within performance analytics with automated and formula indicators.
