Theme option is not availabe on Preference Dialog

Hi, 

 

After upgrade from Rome to Tokyo the Theme option is not available on preferences dialog.

Does anyone knows what is the issue? Is it an known impact from upgrade?

Hi,

After upgrading, and activating the Next Experience (Polaris) the old themes are no longer available.

But there is a Dark theme OOB, and you can create new themes from this one.

When I activated the Dark mode the option turned visible on the dialog.
