Calling all UI Builder wizards! In urgent need of some help.
I have a requirement that I am stuck on and wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions or could help solve this problem for me and the community.
Background: We have created two custom tables/forms that are stored in the related list of the control test form. Let's call them Tab A and Tab B. Tab A is a child of control test and Tab B is a child of Tab A. They both have control test on the form as a reference field. and Tab B has a reference field to Tab B since it is its child. Hopefully that makes sense. It is really similar to how evidence is a child of evidence request.
Each form on either tab has a field called "conclusion". Our requirement is to show, on the Overview page of the control test record, a pie chart for the conclusion of Tab A and a pie chart for the conclusion of Tab B. So, the user can drill down to see the conclusions of Tab A and B for that control test.
What I want is the data from Tab A/B for the specific control test to be shown on the Pie charts. Currently, it shows data from the entire Tab A/B table, not dynamically to the control test the user is on.
I have tried to use a data resource to bind the data to the pie chart but having no luck (may be user error). I am also not very familiar with UI builder scripting, which I think is ultimately the way to go. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have scoured the community page and have not found anything, this my last-ditch effort. @Brad Tilton @eduque
