UI views to be reflected into the workspace through workspace view rules

I want to add view for table like requested items , catalog tasks so that only specific fields are visible into the workspace, even i have created workspace view rules, ui view , configured viewruleconfigid into the ux page property, but the thing is if i create view from the table and added the fields which are required , it is getting added into the form section , but not getting reflected to the workspace.

For the custom views that you created for workspace, you need to create a ux page property in the experience as shown the screenshot below:

i have configured the same way but i also want to configure the related lists for each table , so how it can be done

You need to check which view is getting rendered on the form and if it's not showing the view you want, then you need to pass that view to the script from where it's being set.
