Unable to Open records in workspace through list

In My workspace unable to redirect for opening a record its showing as string value like below

Try repairing the SOW plugin, or upgrade to the latest version of SOW and then test again.

it looks like a custom workspace.

yes it is custome workspace happening for all lists in that workspace
