Unable to Open records in workspace through list

In My workspace unable to redirect for opening a record its showing as string value like below

no ankur its showing incidents as a string so i am unable to open it as a record but figured out , i created that workspace in a manual way through tables , no again created from app engine studio now its looking fine Thanks

So it was issue how it was configured or created.
