Vendor management workspace is breadcrumb app shell type so in side navigation showing only 2 options home and list if i want to add another where we need to add. if it's workspace app shell tell in experience setting there is side navigation but in breadcrumb app shell type we don't have.

can we add side navigations for breadcrumb app shell types?

Have you checked the sys_ux_page_property chrome_toolbar property? You can update this to add additional toolbar options
