Why Doesn't Service Operations Workspace Display ITSM Tiles?

My Service Operations Workspace home page view does not display ITSM tiles as expected. It does display ITOM tiles. This is on an instance that has been upgraded to Utah and has no known customizations in this area. The page looks like the screen print below.

I have confirmed the SOW ITSM plugin is installed, per the screen print below:

I have also tried the following to no avail:

Configure service desk groups to access the Service Operations Workspace landing page (servicenow.co...

and the roles described here: Solved: Service Operation Workspace permissions - ServiceNow Community

Any suggestions?

For the person that is logged in, in this case Admin, there's no Alerts, team assignments or unassignments. Try impersonating someone else who has records assigned to them. itil user for example.

Thank you for the quick reply. I did confirm that Admin has an open incident assigned to them. I'm not sure what you mean about having no team Assignments or how you could determine that? That said, I did try to impersonate another user that has incidents assigned to them, and do see the expected ITSM tiles.

@Michael Fry1 any other thoughts about this?

For that page, there are three variants. The Event Management variant has a low order on it with audience containing the role: evt_mgmt_operator. So as admin, you are redirected to that variant.

If you don't want to see that page, change the order to 300. Then, as admin, you'd be redirected to the variant Service Desk Landing page.
