Is there a way to add a Work Notes field or something similar to Call records?
At our Help Desk, when we FYI a Call, we add comments in the Description or Short Description field. So, if another team member checks the Call, they can see why someone else did not transfer the Call to an Incident. To avoid cluttering these fields, I want to add a Work Notes field to house these notes.
I gave up after spending a few hours trying to figure out how to create and add Work Notes to Call records. Is what I am trying to do even possible?

I figured out how to add a test field under the Description field in Call Records.
