Workspace: Personalize Form feature

I was testing the Personalize Form feature in configurable workspace.  It allows an individual user to select fields to hide/show on the form.  After selecting several fields to hide on the form and clicking the Update Form button, the fields were hidden.  My expectation was that the preference to hide these fields would be applied if I opened another record, but that did not happen as the fields were once again visible.  Also, if I refresh the page of the specific record I had updated then the fields once again reappear.  Essentially, personalizing the form (hiding the fields) only occurs for the one specific record and only for the current session.  Is this working correctly?  If so, this seems not useful.  The product documentation is minimal for this feature.

Did you get any further with that support ticket Dennis? I just hit this issue myself and checked in Utah, where it still seems to be the case 😞

We did add more support for saving preferences through different sessions in Vancouver. What release are you on?
