Hello SNUG Members!

We had over 1,400 people from all over the world join us for the 2025 Holiday SNUG event this year.

A HUGE thanks to our presenters from Bristol Myers Sqibb, UNC Health, and KeyBank as well as our superstar ServiceNow Solution Consultant Travis Rogers and my AMAZING cohost developer advocate Lauren McManamon!

Great to see something happening but I struggle with the idea that the best a group of this size backed by a company with the size and means of ServiceNow is a virtual holiday meeting...  We have to get back to meeting in person and building real community together. There's too much to learn from and with each other to limit our community building to online sessions and maybe a meetup or two per year.
