Registration Now Open: North Carolina SNUG + PreSNUG Workshop

Thank you all for your patience, we’re excited to launch registration for our upcoming North Carolina SNUG, to be held in-person on Tuesday, November 12^th at customer site: Martin Marietta! We’re looking forward to connecting our customers to share best practices, knowledge, and network.

This session will allow users to:

Get valuable tips and learn best practices
Hear important updates from ServiceNow
Network and collaborate with your peers

10:00 am-12:00 pm: Optional Pre-SNUG Workshop - Now Assist for ITSM (see details below)

12:30 pm: Welcome and SNUG Overview, Steve Smith, SNUG Leader

12:45 pm – 3:30 pm: Main Content Presentations, including a Xanadu Update and Customer feature

03:30 pm – 04:30 pm: Networking Reception – Held Offsite at Nearby Location

Workshop Information

Title: Now Assist for ITSM

In this Now Assist for ITSM lab, you will get a hands-on primer with ServiceNow's Generative AI assistant – Now Assist. During the lab, you'll hear from product experts about ServiceNow's unique Generative AI differentiators and best practices.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to SNUG Guidelines the partner attendance at SNUGs is limited to the sponsoring partner only. If you would like to sponsor, reach out to michele.howard@servicenow.com. Any non-sponsoring partners registration will be canceled and notified.
