Completely agree—AI awareness is just the starting point. What truly matters is how organizations are actually putting AI to work, and events like this Summit highlight exactly that.
The AI Control Tower keynote and customer panel sound especially impactful, as they showcase real-world success stories where AI is placed at the core of operations—not just as a concept, but as a driver of measurable outcomes. The breakout sessions also look valuable, particularly around making data AI-ready and enabling autonomous workflows across IT, HR, security, and operations.
The Exchange Roundtables and expert-led discussions are another strong highlight, offering a great opportunity to learn directly from peers and ServiceNow specialists. And for those who want a deeper, hands-on experience, the Learning Labs ahead of the Summit are a great addition—practical exposure like that always makes a difference.
While the Charlotte Summit isn’t in my location, I’m planning to attend the ServiceNow AI Summit in Bangalore, which is closer to me. These Summits are an excellent way to stay updated on ServiceNow’s AI roadmap, network with industry professionals, and understand how AI is shaping the future of enterprise IT.
