ServiceNow specialists and expert users will be gathering to discuss the latest ServiceNow news and updates, along with best practice discussions and opportunities for networking with your fellow service management professionals.

NOW CREATORS WORKSHOP: Before the SNUG, we are hosting a very special hands-on workshop with our Now Creators team starting at 9:30am.
This hands-on workshop will help you get started as a Now Creator where you’ll join the movement of other ServiceNow users who are learning new skills, gaining certifications, and earning badges for their accomplishments and helping their companies succeed with ServiceNow. This will help accelerate your career as a ServiceNow professional and gives you the ability to expand your credibility by standing out for your skills and showcasing them with your Now Profile.
In this workshop you’ll:
- Get started as a Now Creator - view your profile and set preferences
- Complete several specific role-based activities that will contribute to your first Super Badge
Make sure to bring your laptop if you plan to attend the workshop before the SNUG to participate in the lab!
