Som noen kanskje har fått med seg legger ServiceNow ut funksjonalitet på Store fordi utviklingstakten er så høy innenfor flere områder at to ServiceNow-releaser i året ikke er nok.

ITOM discovery and service mapping patterns app for IT Operations Management

Pattern content for Discovery and Service Mapping enables the following features:

• The Discovery application can find newly discovered application CIs or device CIs, as specified in the patterns.
• The Service Mapping application can map services containing newly discovered applications, as specified in the patterns.
• Customers of Discovery and Service Mapping can use updated or modified patterns without having to wait for the next major release.

• The following new/updated patterns are available:

  • Cloud Platform-as-a-Service objects:
    • AWS S3 – adding capacity and event based discovery
    • AWS Dynamo DB
  • Apigee

SIG questionnaire app for Governance, Risk, and Compliance

Support for The Santa Fe Group’s Standardized Information Gathering (SIG) questionnaire. The SIG Questionnaire application includes following SIG questionnaire content for 2018 version:

• SIG Full 2018
• SIG Lite 2018
• SIG Core 2018

Reverse Whois integration app for Security Operations

Key Features

• Enrichment lookups are run on selected observables upon incident creation.  
• After the application is configured and observables are added, the workflow launches and Reverse Whois lookup execution and completion status is recorded in work notes.
• Results are displayed in the Reverse Whois Domains tab under Related Links.  

New Rapid7 Vulnerability Integration app for Security Operations

Rapid7 Nexpose is a vulnerability scanner which supports the vulnerability management lifecycle, The Rapid7 Vulnerability Integration imports discovery, detection, verification, risk classification, and impact analysis from the scanner to manage risk and remediation.

Key Features

• Data import - Rapid7 Vulnerability Integration executes scheduled jobs which import vulnerability, vulnerable items, solution and site data and enrich it. The scheduled jobs run automatically in your instance.  
  
  
• Lookup Rules - Lookup rules are used to search for CIs in the CMDB with matching information from the Rapid7 vulnerability integration.
  
  
• The Rapid7 Vulnerability Integration run status dashboard maps vulnerabilities to configuration items (CIs) and business services and displays them in a graphical overview to facilitate efficient remediation.
