Prerequisites and Getting Started

  • Now Assist license
  • Yokohama Patch 1+ or Xanadu Patch 7+​ (Latest patch recommended.)
  • Now Assist for IT, HRSD..., and AI Agents store apps installed. Make sure dependency apps are also installed and updated.
  • AI Search enabled
  • Now Assist Panel turned on

Once the prerequisites are fulfilled, in your instance, add role: sn_aia.admin, then navigate to All > AI Agent Studio > Overview, to access the AI Agents Studio. In the Studio, you can create Use Cases, AI Agents, and tools using natural language prompts. AI Agents can contain multiple tools, and Use Cases can contain multiple AI Agents. Tools include:

  • Subflows/Actions
  • Script
  • Skills (Out-of-box or via Skill Kit)
  • RAG (AI Search)
  • ...and more!

You can then test your Agentic Workflows and see the complete chain of thought before deploying it.
