Your instance has to be on San Diego release.

  • Create new system property in sys_properties.list - "glide.ui.polaris.on_off_user_pref_enabled" and set to true
  • Set "glide.ui.polaris.experience" is  true
  • Refresh your browser.

to turn off next experience.
