Hello @britta Im working on a project and have come to a crossroads with the Virtual Agent. In the Conversational Interfaces I select my Chat Experience that I have configured and run the test to try my bot. Everything works perfectly as it was intended. Once I go to the Service Portal page and initiate a conversation with the bot, some items aren't working correctly. Do you know why this is or can @ someone who may be able to guide/assist me?
