Over customization having their own disadvantages, over customization can make the application more complex and expensive to maintain. At the time of update it will be more challenging as it takes more time and you need to make sure the customization will works efficiently on updated system.
3. Complicated Workflow:-
The more complicated your workflows, the harder time you’ll have adopting an ITSM solution like ServiceNow. Users struggle to complete and understand complicated workflows and mapping them out in your software system is just as challenging.If the workflow is complicated you need to make sure data will not lose during this steps.
4.Outdated Process:-
You need to make sure your processes are updated are have proper integration to get relevant data. If you are not aware of any outdated process in the flow it might affects the data coming from this process.
5. Lack Of Expertise:-
ServiceNow having vast range of functionalities. If you don’t have knowledge to accommodate those features and functionality then it may lead to poor execution. And it might happen this leave impression on other applications as well which might depends on current application.
6. Generic Training:-
Generic training will not help you to understand how your organization using the application. Every organization have their own way to use serviceNow so try to train yourself like this so you can get better understanding of it.
