2025 Oklahoma SNUG: Call for Speakers, Hosts, and Sponsors

Hello Oklahoma SNUG Members! 

We are excited to be planning the next Oklahoma SNUG coming up later this fall and are looking for customers who want to host, present or be a part of the planning community this year! You can reach out to me by replying to this article or email me at karen.canavan@servicenow.com.

The SNUG Customer Participation Guide (attached) provides detailed information about various ways customers can participate in the SNUG! It also includes best practices for presenting at or hosting a SNUG event.

Please take a moment to complete this brief SNUG Planning Survey we created to gather your input on presentation and workshop topics!

Lastly, we are also looking for a ServiceNow partner to sponsor the event! All Specialist, Premier, Elite and Build partners are eligible to sponsor SNUG events.  Don’t miss out! Apply to sponsor on the Partner Portal – Marketing > Events > SNUG Events.

Has this been progressing? Are we still looking for a host and speakers? Given the abundance of attendees last year, we may have outgrown the room at BOKF, but I'm willing to work with whomever on planning.
