Hi Jeff. We are just started to work in our trial instance of Service Now. We have a fairly mature Change Management process but we are all very green in Service Now. Have you gotten any takers on having a Change Mgt Best Practices discussion?

No, I haven't, unfortunately. I have a call with Baylor, Scott & White from the North Texas SNUG next week, but nothing from the OK SNUG.

Can we be a fly on the wall in your call with them? Will there be a screen share or just general discussion?
Have you implemented Change & Release Mgt in Service Now already? or are you at the beginning of the journey like we are.
